The brief was to refurbish this existing 14th century listed public house and connecting 18 bedroom hotel. The client wanted to retain the existing charm of a country pub while incorporating contemporary elements to form interesting and comfortable dining/drinking experiences. The same atmosphere and style was to flow through the hotel bedrooms.
