This house was always a popular family pub and was identified as the ideal prototype for adapting to the ‘Old English Inns’ brand. The alterations and refurbishments to this listed building were briefed and the brand was launched with great success.
The brand standards design manual was prepared on this basis and annual rollout programmes for the national estate were committed to confidently by our clients Greene King.
