Alcatraz Poole

We have recently completed the refurbishment of Alcatraz restaurant near Poole Quay. The client wanted to revive the existing interior, creating an environment that would increase daytime trade, while still providing a thriving evening dining experience. We introduced a selection of materials and textures to provide a warm intimate space which displayed produce to highlight local fresh food. The overall experience is a more relaxed welcoming environment that has bundles of charm.
